Good Morning,
I do not understand why it can only be established as a maximum that it warns you 2 days before ... it should let you decide what day and at what time you want the notice ... please implement this option.
Thank you very much.
A greeting.
I, too, like the idea of being able to set reminders for the cards outside of the current drop down list constraint. Using Butler is a one size fits all approach, which doesn't always fit. Some tasks types require more effort and we need to ensure that the reminder is set with enough time that not having started, yet, will not result in going overdue. While other items require less effort, but more than two days' worth. There are myriad items we could foresee needing to set reminders of varying dates, and setting up a Butler due date for each is very cumbersome.
The Checklist (on paid accounts) already provides this functionality.

You could put (+2d) in the title, and set all the deadlines 2 days ahead ... call it preview just in case document needs correcting etc if anyone gets funny, other answer is tell them to pay for the team if they really want it on the right day.

Well ... I don't think that's the definitive solution ... it would be better if they put it natively in the program that each one of us can choose when we want it to notify us about a card ...

True, but as a work around achieves what your needing.
If it was an option, then great, but it currently isnt so its a case of that, or some other inovitave solution, if you have any better ideas.

@Martín Cebreiro Olano You can create custom reminders (including custom email reminders) using the Due Date command section in Butler.

That's fine, but the one that alerts you by email is only available to paying customers (I am), but I think it would be much easier what I propose ... to notify you about a card on the day already the time you choose.
