Should we claim our domain?

Hello! Our charity has been a long-time free Trello user but is now upgrading to Standard due to the limitations being placed on Workspaces.

I've read info on claiming your domain and why it's useful, but I can't find whether this is free or included in any package. Also I can't find info on whether this will help me track down any other users of Trello within the charity I don't currently know about.

All advice/help is greatly appreciated!

Yes, claiming your domain with an Atlassian organization is free! And yes, that should give you visibility into anyone on your domain who is currently using Trello.
