Trello card is only showen when a special member is picked

You could have that member purchase Planyway and then set up the 2 way google sync and set it so it only syncs their cards: https://planyway.com/help/integration/google-calendar-integration#how-it-works

Trello doesn't have this feature built in.  The calendar sync happens at the board level - not the member level.
