URGENT - Logged out and can't log in

For some reason my Mac has logged me out of my Trello board, and I'm not sure how to gain access again. I set this up months ago and can't recall which email address I used, so have tried both. However, when trying to use either I am prompted to 'sign-up', like I don't have an account set up!!

I am still logged in on my phone, I'm hoping this will help me identify my log-in details so I can log back in on my Mac.

Can someone help me with this?
