Using Outlook Rules to auto-forward email to a Board doesn't work

I can forward the same email manually and it shows in Trello but when I user Outlook Rules, it does not. It does show in my Sent folder.

Sorry to hear! It sounds like, even though the email is showing up in your Sent folder, it may not have been sent successfully at the server level—we've seen a few reports like this in the past, and this post from Microsoft may offer some direction: https://partnersupport.microsoft.com/en-us/par_servplat/forum/par_exchserv/outlook-rule-is-not-forwarding-emails-to-external/9871dbd6-fb42-4378-aea0-83b66561af45?auth=1

 

Given that you can forward an email manually, we know the email-to-board address is generally working.
