What does a blue user profile icon mean?

I've recently noticed one of the users on our board has a blue profile icon background behind their initials. Does this mean something? Or is it a setting the user has made?

I don't think that it has any meaning! Because I have seen blue, red, orange icons too and in a random fashion!

Not always lol ... might be my icon that being referred to.

I've just made a blue dot with grey text in paint so I can spot my stuff easier.

LOL ... might be my user icon.

I've just reversed the icon for using on the Trello board so I can quickly spot my items.
