What does the 2 numbers in the top right of a List indicate

On my board,  one list has two numbers (i.e. 9/3) in a bubble at the top right (before the ...) .  The first appears to be the number of cards in the list.  What is the second number representing?

Sounds like the List limits power-up - you can set a maximum number of cards, probably set to 3 in your case :)

Thanks, appears that was it.  It must have been set by default on that list (I didn't set it.)
