Why doesn't a button appear in the android app?

I created a button inside a card that must be pressed as part of the overall workflow of the card.  The intent is to access the card from a mobile device and be able to press the button to advance the workflow.  On my mobile, with my admin-level permissions, the button appears and functions properly.  From a member profile, the button is not there, nor is the "Automation" title.  Why is this the case, and can I do anything to change it?

Could you please confirm that the other board member has the right permissions (i.e. they are not an Observer, and that you have clicked 'Shared with Workspace')?
