Nathan here from Trello Support

You can delete a workspace by going to the settings page for the workspace and clicking the Delete this workspace button, you'll then need to enter the name of the workspace in the text box and click Delete workspace again to delete it.

In order for this to work, you'll need to be an admin on the workspace, if you're not you'll need to ask the workspace admin to either do this for you or make you an admin too so you can delete it.
