why are my team members not able to see my butler buttons?

In the docs I see a checkbox for share but I think this is legacy and I do not see this checkbox.

There was an account issue once the other users we removed and re-added it worked it was just a glitch but thanks guys. Mark this one solved.

@Brad Barnette My team members (BC) can't see the "shared with team" butler button I created. I can't even see the button on other boards. What was the account glitch that fixed it for you?

In the attached article, you will find an important note at the top. I have copied it here for your reference.

IMPORTANT: Non-upgraded users will only see one button of each type, regardless of how many are shared with them.

I'm sure someone else can provide a more authoritative answer, but it's been my experience that (for free/Gold account users at least) the Butler Rules I set up work across the board for everyone, but any Butler (Card or Board) Buttons that I create are personal -- i.e., I can see and use them, but other board members can't.
