Global Permission Owner

Hello guys,

I am using the Confluence but i do not know which email has the Global Permissions. Since the administrator created the trial and set up everything but now the roles somehow changed without the Admin intervention. As you may check the screen.

another thing is that some unknown users added to the team/groups without admin.

How i should i know who has the Global Permission?

Hi @Asrar, perhaps you've figured it out by now. But before jumping into anything else, I would highly recommend that you visit the audit log which has a list of changes made to your site (ex: permissions changes, users being added/removed, etc.).

Shortcut instructions: logged in as an admin, navigate to Confluence, go to Settings (⚙️ icon), and on the left side find Audit Log.
