HIPPA

i am starting to do a POC for a client they are a small healthcare placement firm in the Eldercare space.   I setup and signed the proper documents on a new tenant.  Has anyone run into any pitfalls that i should speak to my client about coming into testing of this for her work management needs from a hippa prospective.  Work side we know the path.

Hi Bradley,

I have worked with 1000+ HIPAA regulated organizations over the last 20 years; I would be happy to offer any thoughts.  To offer any input, I'd need to know a few details:

Which Atlassian product?  Cloud or customer network?  Will the customer be billing 3rd party insurance for their services?  What patient information, if any, will be stored in the product?
