Does Atlassian Cloud applications encrypt data?

Where can I find following info please:

Is data encrypted on Jira Cloud?

Is encryption done by keys dedicated to the customer?

In it you'll see: 

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit for Jira 

Keys are maintained on KMS.  I would wager the keys are per-site.
