Does anyone have a good (short) high level video about Agile/scrum for a company starting out? As we implement Agile, I'm putting together training to help our company (especially our executive management) move from Waterfall to Agile.
I have checked out MANY videos on YouTube and haven't found the right one. Thought i would come to the experts. :)
Thank you,
Jolie
Here is my favorite playlist, it is by Jeff Sutherland the co-author of scrum. The playlist has 14 videos, but each one is really short, and it provides a ton of context that I find really helpful for folks just learning about Scrum. Why do this? What is the purpose of that? At 6 minutes a pop, that is only an hour and a half for the entire playlist.

sorry about the translation cruft. Some browser plugin of mine seems to be going crazy. Can't delete it!
Hi Jolie,
It's not video per-se, but we have an Agile Coach that might help support your learning: https://bit.ly/3SSpDTo. There's also The Agile Corner of this community which you can utilize if you get stuck at any point: https://bit.ly/3ZMsBei.
