Is this site powered by stackoverflow?

I was wondering if this site is powered by stackoverflow site engine or did you re-build this from scratch ? If so, why ?

This site is powered by OSQA. We added a theme to it, and will continue to make modifications. You can make feature requests or report bugs in our JIRA project.

Stack Overflow do indeed have a great model. They don't offer whitelabeling and have specific conditions for creating a site: http://area51.stackexchange.com/faq. So, alternatives like OSQA (which is open source) have sprung up for folks who want to host their own.

Also, the fact that StackExchange is owned by a competitor might have something to do with the decision :)
