I've worked in customer service, business analysis, project management, change management, application maintenance and support, and system administration over the last 20 years. I began my current position in November 2021, and I am in charge of the Jira application. Although I managed a Jira application for a previous employer for just over a year, I consider myself a novice because I learned the majority of what I know in 2014. Lots to learn!
