Users coming over from a PMO tool, Workfront

Hello,

 

What would be the recommendation to configure Jira boards w/ Advanced Roadmaps to enable a relatively seamless move from a PMO/WBS work tool?

They need to have board templates that have WBS structures created when a new board is created AND the portfolio managers need to see all their projects in a single pane (Advanced Roadmaps will do this).
