XRAY plugin is not working - Unable to see all Issue Types

I can see XRAY .. on my JIRA 

when I try to create a Test case .. I don;t see default issue types like 'PreCondition', 'Test' etc

I bumped into the similar issue via chrome browser and it works properly in mozilla, dunno why is that
