I have bulk of HP ALM test cases including steps, parameters, attachments, summary, descriptions, defects, folders in test plan and test lab etc., I want to import all these ALM test cases to XRAY in automated way.
Quick help is highly appreciated. I am mid of closing POC, so urgent help is needed.

Since you say you need urgent help, I suggest going straight to the Xray support team on this.
The community is comprised mainly of folks like you—customers/users—who may come across a question they can answer and do so out of kindness. If you're very lucky, that may happen on the same or a nearby day. But if it's something urgent, you're better off going directly to the source.
