How can I remove users who is not using Zephyr? but removed user should have access to Jira

Hi @bheema - You should be able to update Zephyr permissions from the Jira project settings > Apps > Zephyr Scale or Zephyr Squad etc (depending on your version of Zephyr you are using), which Zephyr Product are you using?

From this settings page, you should see a permissions section where you may need to enable the permission system. Once this is done, you should be able to control what users can do what in Zephyr.

If the Zephyr permission system is disabled for the Jira project, then every project member can perform any action in Zephyr.
