We have had cases of the same MHHY91 hash error, usually when loading project boards. We also use X Ray but no reports of it happening when using it. So far it has only happened with Firefox users. I made a support request and I'm waiting what they have to see.

EDIT: I got answer: "incident was mitigated earlier today and we should no longer be facing this error." I am keeping eye on if the problem reappears, but for now our Jira has worked as normal.

Hi @Shoham Egozi 

I think you’re getting an internal error rather than something specific to your project. Because the error message includes a Hash and Trace ID and generally these means the error is on Atlassian side.

However,

- Have you tested using a different browser or in incognito mode?

- If it only happens with a specific test execution/test, you may check whether you can open the issue directly in Jira (outside of the Testing Board) to rule out a data problem.

If the problem persists, you may consider raising a ticket to Atlassian or Xray

- I have tried with Edge and Incognito (and my main browser - Chrome) - did not work in either of them.
There was a browser update for Edge and Chrome, but still not working.

- Yes, it happens only when trying to get inside an execution via Xray, it works when I only enter the test Jira entity.
Also, when I'm trying to enter to X-ray testing board, it fails to load the page

it sounds like the problem is isolated to the Xray app and not Jira itself. I'd suggest raising a ticket to Xray support
