Structure Formulas not update accordingly

Hi, 

I have created a structure formula to calculate the team Utilization during PI planning. 

For some reason, the formula does not update live when one of the formula changes. 

For example in below picture, the Team Capacity MVP8, I change it to 100SP but my MVP8 Utilization formula and the MVP8 Utilization Result not update accordingly. 

Could you advise what is the problem or configuration that I need to aware of?

it depends on the specifics of your configuration. If Team Capacity MVP8 is a Formula column, and MVP8 Utilization Formula references it as a variable, then it is possible that the latter will not be updated if the former is changed. There is no direct synchronization between the source formula and a formula that references it. But this only applies to the formula itself, not the values of fields in it.

I.e. if you change the Story Points field in an issue, then the formula that references it should be updated. And if you changed a formula which changed its output from X to 100, then another formula that references this formula will not be updated.
