Zephyr Squad Test Case Organization

I am trying to organize our tests in the test library by folder and the folders option is not visible in the design module.  Some research has indicated that this is either a permissions issue or that this function is not enabled.  After working with our JIRA admin, permissions do not seem to be an issue and we do not see any way to enable this feature in the admin console.   Here is a video of what I am trying to do.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EGXwRvPCNU (first 30 seconds)

Any information on how to enable this feature would be greatly appreciated.

We are using Zephyr Squad Legacy and need to get to Zephyr Squad Cloud New experience version which is rebranded as  "Zephyr Essentials".

Hi @Tom DiBenedetto Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

My best bet for you is to contact the company that makes Zephyr Squad. It might be as simple as a configuration you missed, or it might be a bug when paired to the newest Cloud Jira. Either way, these guys are your best bet to get you afloat.

thanks - I have the same question posted with the Smart Bear Community.  Was hoping some JIRA folks may have encountered this issue as well and could weigh in.
