How to get initial chat message time stamp for FRT SLA once Halp UI is no longer available

With the deprecation of the Halp ui in June I'm concerned my team will lose visibility into FRT and RT based on the initial message time stamp for the Chat (specifically slack, but I'm sure it applies to Teams as well).

Has this issue been resolved? Is Jira aware of additional message metadata from the origin client or are we going to lose this type of reporting?
