How to get support on privat atlassian accounts?

Hello, I have 2 Atlassian accounts and when I login to one of them I can not reach the Profile page of my user.

Not by:

community.atlassian.com/user/profile - I get invalid path error message

home.atlassian.com/people/ - no error message, only white window

MS Edge

Chrome

 Any idea, how to solve the problem? The cash have already been cleared in browser. I can find also no possibility to contact the Atlassian support

Have you tried using https://id.atlassian.com instead community.atlassian.com? These are two different sites.

hello, the id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility is rendering. But I need to go to community.atlassian.com/user/profile , as I want to make some changes there
