Our organization recently migrated to a new tenant for managing our Microsoft accounts. Unfortunately, the SSO was not migrated during this time.
This has left us in a position where none of the admins are able to sign in to update the SSO settings to the new tenant, nor are we able to sign in to request help from support.
I have tried updating the SSO settings within Entra so that it returns the same emailaddress and Unique User Identifier as prior to migrating the domain.
Additionally, I made this account using a personal email, as I can't sign in to the domain account. This ticket is not related to this account.
