Impossible to use my RSS client since the our Server is using Google Accounts

We have our own private Jira Server and I used to get RSS feeds from some projects in the past using FeedReader client on Windows without any issue. 

This was working using this link such as :
https://OURCOMPANY.atlassian.net/activity?maxResults=99&streams=key+KEY+PROJECT&os_username=julien.fritsch&os_password=MYPASSWORD

We recently haver to log using only our Google Apps account and since then it's not working anymore.

I'm using the 2 factor authen to log to my Google Apps account. Could it be the issue ? Is there anything I can do ?
