Why don't I see Loom on the list of products in the Community?
My specific question: I need info about the Google Drive Quick Record feature. I see it in my Account Settings but I can't find anything about it on the site or on the web. Strange.
Thanks,
Geoff

I don't agree; look here: https://www.loom.com/settings/account#quick-record There are about 30 apps listed.

Hey @Geoff Stuart
What exactly do you mean when you say that you disagree? This overview also states
Loom Quick Record is a one-click record tool that shows up on these sites.

It doesn't show up on the Google Drive site, which is where I want to use it. Have you looked at the Account Settings area to see the large number of sites that purportedly support it? https://www.loom.com/settings/account#quick-record

Hey @Geoff Stuart,
I've just looked it up myself and made the following observation:
On my initial visit, Quick Record was not being shown. I had to access the Loom extension once via the extension panel (upper right corner) and close it again. Since then, the Quick Record appears automatically whenever I access the page. It seems to be a kind of initialization thing. Could you please try this as well?

Hey @Geoff Stuart ,
Great question regarding the dedicated group. It's about time, I'd say!
Regarding the Quick Record feature, AFAIK, this only controls which websites the Quick Record controls are shown on when using the Loom Chrome extension and browsing the web:
