Reactivate Deleted Organization (Inactivity)

My organization has deleted due to inactivity

organization ID: c01kj398-b381-19kb-79c5-808c599k4a20.

Could you please reactivate my organization

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I see that you want to restore the sites in your organisation, at the moment I see that there were two sites linked to your account as listed below:

sinirasoft.atlassian.net and kanthan.atlassian.net.

Both the sites are deleted on 21 Mar 2024 and 26 May 2016 accordingly due to inactivity.

Unfortunately, as per data storage FAQ, https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/. we retain the site's data for 15 days for free plan and 30 days for the paid plan and since the deactivation is past the retention period it is not possible to restore the data.

As per Document mentioned here, you can request Atlassian support to restore an organization within 15 days of deleting it.

I have requested Atlassian Support to check if that is the case, they might help.
