Hello, in my previous job I had an account created with the email nella.grundlingova@4fin.cz. The email is no longer active and has been deleted. When logging into this account, a verification code is sent to this deleted email. How can I get my account back? Alternatively, can you change the login email so that I can access my work space?

Welcome to the community again.
I have recently went through this similarly. You can put in a support ticket and they might be able to help you, but with no access to the old email makes this hard.
Is this to access a Jira site? Is there another Org admin that could assist to add your new account?
Ones your added to the account you can remap your data. I typically will add a few different emails to my personal sites so I can always access the site incase of things like this
