According to
https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/remove-or-suspend-a-user/ there should be an option to remove users. It is not showing, and I would like to completely remove some users so they do not appear in the directory. It is not enough to remove access.

Is there something particular you need your SEN for? Based on your account information, it looks like you have an Atlassian Cloud subscription. If you'd like to open a support ticket, you can use your URL (companyname.atlassian.net) instead of a SEN on the contact form.
