We have a few users who are no longer with the company. They created repos within our company's workspace. If we delete their account, will this in fact delete their repo's created in our workspace, or just all the public repo's they own outside our workspace?
According to this article, it indicated it will delete all repo's they own, but im confused a little about the concept of ownership when they create in a workspace owned by a company.

All Bitbucket Cloud repositories you own
Hello @Julian Governale,
thanks for reaching out!
When the article refers to "all Bitbucket Cloud repositories you own," it is actually addressing the legacy personal workspaces.
In the past, when a user created a Bitbucket account, Bitbucket would automatically create a personal workspace attached to the account. If the account was deleted, this would also delete the personal workspace and its content (repositories).
However, for shared workspaces (as explained in this article), the content is not attached to any individual user account. Therefore, if a user is deleted, the repositories and content within the shared workspace will remain intact.
If the repositories in question were created within your company's shared workspace, they will not be affected if you delete the user accounts.
I hope that helps to clarify! If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.
