Any chance of lowering price for single developers?

As a sole proprietor, I've been using Bitdefender, Jira, etc for several years and have always appreciated the apps and convenience.  With the upcoming changes, and with my total repos being over 1 GB, I need to either greatly reduce my footprint, pay for Standard, or move to an alternative.

Of those three options, I'd prefer to pay for Standard, but the current pricing format has a sole developer paying the price for five.  Is there any plan to offer a 1-developer plan?

@kerryfrombenbrook  Atlassian's tiered pricing structure allows you to purchase one standard user a month.  You will currently pay 16.50 per month for the service which is the same rate as 5 users.  You will get all the added benefits of standard for 16.50 a month which is really not that much.  There is no way to get a different price.
