Bitbucket Cloud: pull request/ merge email notification

Hello,

I am not receiving an email when there is a pull request/ merge happened in one of our branch (team). 

This causes a bit of conflict because no one is aware as to when they should do a git pull from the original branch.

I checked all the settings and they are as per recommended settings by Bitbucket.

Is there a way that everyone in the team is informed shall there be a pull request/ merge in the repository?
