Bitbucket cloud performance is really bad

Hello, our Bitbucket cloud repo is having a terrible performance, we are getting 500 error messages, diff branches are not loading, pull request take minutes to be merged, etc. What is going on? The status page doesn't show any current issue, but for us this is really affecting.

Hello @Fricco,

Have you contacted Atlassian support yet? It will be the best way to get help: Contact Atlassian support. They usually need HAR files to investigate slowness issues, so you could send some right away to get a quick answer :)
