Bitbucket is not sending webhook event for pull request comment update

Bitbucket is not firing Pull request comment updated event anymore. 
This issue occured before (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-22558) in March 2023 and then you fixed it but starting from January 2025 it appeared again.

I see another person complaining in comments as well

I am a developer from Codefresh and we have Bitbucket integration functionality. This issue is affecting our customers who use BB.

Welcome to the community!

I tested on my end, and the webhook does trigger when a comment is updated. However, you need to wait a few minutes after initially creating the comment for the webhook to activate. If you update the comment immediately after its creation, the webhook will not trigger. This is explicitly mentioned in our documentation here.
