Bug: "Files Change" count is missing until you click on "Files Change" tab while reviewing PR

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a PR for review

2. check the "Files Change" tab, it does not contains the count of files changed

3.  Click on the "Files Change" tab. Observe the files change count.
