My company is doing an annual audit and I found a few external users that we'd like to review in further depth, other than when they accepted the invite. I am hoping to be able to read a log with, at the very least, last login details.
We're using Bitbucket Cloud and on the Standard plan
I have run through the system and found only Audit Logs which show when users accepted an invite or created a repo and things of that nature (very top-level). Is there anywhere I can see some more detailed logs? Again, I am looking for their last login details, and possibly what branch or commit of a repo was viewed/edited/etc.
I am welcome to ANY suggestions
Thank you for your assistance,
Jason
Hi Jason,
The only log available for admins is the Audit log, we don't show anywhere last login details of users or access to repos.
We have feature requests for adding more events in the Audit Log, e.g.:
I would suggest opening a ticket with Bitbucket Cloud support team, mention the workspace you want to check access for, and also the emails of these users. The engineer working on your ticket will review the info and let you know if and what info they can provide you. The support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff.
You can open a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Theodora
@Theodora Boudale Thank you for your help. Although this DOES answer my question, it was not what I was hoping for :D hopefully a new feature deploy will happen soon and more details will be available in the Audit Log section.
Thanks again for your help,
Jason
