Hi, former admin left the company without transferring the account.
The organisation email is no longer active neither.
Any clue how we can move on quickly as we are blocked as we hit the free limits.

It's probably easiest to reactivate the Org Admin's email address, and ask your IT Team to grant you access so you can login and make the relevant changes.
