Deploy bin from .net core build to ftp

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I'm building my .net core app, and are trying to save the bin-folder as artifacts. I then plan to deploy these artifacts to my web server. So am I even starting the right way? I'm not getting those artifacts saved.
