How can I grant access to a repo in Bitbucket?  I believe I am an admin for the repo but can't find a way to add another Bitbucket user so that he can at least view the repo.

Hello @kelley_canon ,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

If you are a workspace or repository admin, you can add a member to a repository by following the below steps :

  • Access the repository in the Bitbucket UI
  • In the left panel go to Repository Settings
  • Select the User and Groups access option, under General
  • Click on the Add members button in the top right corner
  • Provide the e-mail address of the person you want to add and select the level of access in the drop-down menu.

Once you follow those steps, the user will receive an e-mail with an invitation to your repository. This e-mail will contain a link for the user to accept the invitation. Once the invitation is accepted, the user will be given access to the repository.

For more details on how to grant access to users and groups in a repository, you're also welcome to check out the documentation below :

Thank you, @kelley_canon .

Kind regards,

Patrik S
