Giving permission to configure Bitbucket Pipelines in a specific repository without admin

The developer has modify permission to a repository but could not configure bitbucket pipeline. How to give permission to allow the developer to explore and configure the bitbucket pipeline without giving away admin access to the developer?

Error encountered: "Contact the repo admin to give you admin rights to configure Deployments"

Welcome to the community!

The permission settings in Bitbucket are quite straightforward, offering read/write or admin permissions. We don't have custom permissions that allow users to manage granular settings, such as editing pipeline configurations.
