How can i sync (automatic update) the repository with FTP from Sourcetree?

Are you asking whether you can configure SourceTree to access a bitbucket repository via FTP protocol instead of HTTPS or SSH? Or do you want to bypass traditional Git mechanisms of keeping the repository in sync (git fetch) and instead overwrite your local repo with fresh copies FTPed from bitbucket?
