I cannot add my ssh key as apparently it has already been added

Adding my ssh key leads me to the error "Someone has already added that SSH key". The recommended solution of sshing into git@bitbucket.org to find the account associated with the key does not work. I have checked for potential other personal accounts on bitbucket and cannot find any let alone any that have that ssh key. How can I find out what account is using my key ?

As we will need to know the public ssh key to further investigate this case, I have created an internal ticket for you using the email of your community account, so you don't have to share this information here.
