How can we find out who is the owner for certain repositories or branches in bitbucket Cloud?

Could you please help on this?

Hey Sattar,

Repositories do not have owners per se, they simply have users who have varying levels of access to perform actions on that repository - such as READ/WRITE/ADMIN access.
As branches are part of a repository, the same applies.

To check permissions on repositories - a workspace admin can view this by checking Repository Settings > User & Group Access

To view branch permissions (ie whom has the permissions to write to the branch/merge via PR), a workspace admin can view this by checking Repository Settings > Branch Restrictions
