Import hosted Stash Git repo into Cloud BitBucket

Hi,

Is there a how-to on importing from a hosted Stash Git repo into a Cloud BitBucket instance?  We are considering moving to BitBucket in the cloud and want to make sure this is possible.

Also could we preserve our Git history?
