Our team has been using Bitbucket Cloud (Free plan) for source code management.
Recently, we accidentally deleted the super admin account of our workspace. Unfortunately, there are no other admin accounts remaining, and I only have access with a regular user account.
Because of this situation, we cannot:
Add or restore a new admin
Upgrade to a paid plan (requires admin rights)
Manage workspace settings or billing
Workspace name: allink
Workspace URL: https://bitbucket.org/alink
Deleted admin account email: sm.kang@allink.io
Currently accessible (regular user) account: dw.shin@with-alink.com

Could you please help us restore admin access?

I have escalated to Atlassian support. I am assuming that you still have access to the old admin email account.
