My name is Dhanunjay Sai Kiran and my Bitbucket account email is dhanunjay@kitaab.biz.
I lost my phone which had the authenticator app configured for my Bitbucket account. Unfortunately, I also logged out of my laptop, so I can no longer access my account due to two-step verification.
I also tried sending myself a reset link, but I have not received any email regarding the reset even after 24 hours.
Could you please help me by disabling or resetting the two-step verification on my account so I can regain access? Please let me know if you require any further details or identity verification.
