Update: it seems it just took 30seconds the wiki went visible.

Hello, i wanted to create a wiki but after pressing "save" nothing changes, nor does the wiki appear on the left panel.

Glad that this worked for you. I guess that those ~30 sec were needed to initialize everything..

Not sure if someone else noticed the same lag but if this is common maybe process of saving the settings should inform users that request is processing or something so that it would not worry.. 

Anyway happy that you visited Community and trying to find help here!
