I have my 2FA setup and working on AA but Bitbucket account keeps saying "wait for the email to confirm" but I never get that email.

I can see that you don't have 2FA enabled on your Bitbucket Cloud account, but you do have it configured against your AA - please check this article to determine at which layer you're being blocked:
If you still encounter issues - please ask an admin from your company workspace to raise a support ticket:
